We want ordering custom apparel, decals, and promotional products to be simple. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often. If you don’t see your question here, just reach out. We’re happy to help!
What Is Your Minimum Order?
Indeed, one shirt. Seriously! We don’t require a minimum quantity for standard, non-rush T-shirt and apparel orders. Whether you need one shirt or several hundred, we’ll be glad to help.
Our current turnaround time is approximately 12–14 business days. This allows time to order supplies, receive your products, and complete production. We currently do not offer a guaranteed rush service, but we’ll consider rush requests on a case-by-case basis. If we can accommodate your request, a $75 rush fee will apply to each production batch. Please remember that supplier availability and shipping times can affect delivery estimates.
Do You Accept Credit Cards?
Absolutely! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can process card payments over the phone or in our office. We also accept PayPal, cash, and checks.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to help cover the costs of accepting card payments. Orders over $3,000 are exempt from this fee. Checks are also welcome, but please allow a five-day hold before your order is released for processing. Let us know your preferred payment method when placing your order.
When Does My Order’s Turnaround Time Begin?
Your production timeline begins once you approve your artwork proof or confirm your product order and we have received your required deposit and artwork. We require a 50% deposit to get your order started.
Our current standard production time-frame is approximately 12–14 business days after we receive the necessary approvals and deposit. We’ll keep you updated as your order moves through production. If you have questions about your order, just give us a call or send us a message.
Can You Print Full-Color Designs on Shirts?
Absolutely! We offer different printing methods to bring your artwork and ideas to life. DTF printing is a great option for detailed, full-color designs and smaller orders. Screen printing works well for larger quantities and designs that use specific ink colors. Sublimation is another option for compatible materials, especially light-colored polyester garments.
One thing to remember about sublimation is that the process does not use white ink. Any white areas in your design will show the color of the garment or material underneath. Not sure which printing method is right for your project? Send us your design, and we’ll help you choose the best option.
Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Products?
We stand behind the work we produce. If you receive an item with a production-related defect, contact us so we can review it and determine the appropriate solution. We do not cover damage caused by improper washing, drying, or garment care. Each garment comes with care instructions that should be followed to help protect your purchase.
Manufacturer defects are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to the supplier’s warranty process. We review concerns individually and handle them on a case-by-case basis. If something doesn’t look right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can take a look.
What’s the Difference Between Screen Printing, DTF, and Vinyl Heat Transfers?
Each printing method has its advantages, and the best choice depends on your design, garment, and order quantity. Screen printing applies ink directly to the garment and is a popular, durable option for larger orders. DTF printing transfers detailed, full-color designs onto garments and works especially well for smaller orders or artwork with multiple colors. Vinyl heat transfer uses specially cut or printed material applied to garments with heat and pressure. They’re great for names, numbers, lettering, and certain custom designs.
No single printing method is right for every project. We’ll help you choose the option that works best for your needs and budget.
How do I care for printed shirts and apparel?
Proper care helps your custom apparel look its best and last longer. Wait at least 24 hours before washing your garment for the first time. Turn it inside out before washing, use mild detergent, and avoid bleach and fabric softener. Dry using a normal household dryer setting, and do not dry clean.
Always follow the garment manufacturer’s washing instructions along with the care instructions provided with your order. Taking a little extra care can go a long way toward protecting your design.
What Is a Custom Vinyl Decal?
A vinyl decal is a design, logo, or lettering cut from a sheet of adhesive vinyl using specialized cutting equipment. Once the design is cut, we remove the excess vinyl and apply transfer tape over the finished decal. The transfer tape holds everything in position and makes installation easier.
Custom vinyl decals are great for business vehicles, trailers, storefront windows, doors, signs, equipment, toolboxes, laptops, and many other smooth surfaces. Whether you need your business logo on a truck or lettering for your storefront, we can help create a decal for your project.
