What is your minimum order?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

One Shirt. Seriously. No problem! For non-rush jobs, we don\u2019t have a minimum order. The time frame for a customer shirt is 12 to 14 business days. At this time we have no rush option as suppliers and shipping take time to receive the t-shirts in-house. All rush orders will be considered and a $75 fee will apply to each batch. Please note all shipping times are just estimates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Do you accept credit card payments?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Yes! We can accept your Wave Payment System\/Visa\/MasterCard \/American Express \/ Discover over the phone or in the office. We can also accept cards via Paypal. If you don\u2019t already have an account, go to paypal.com and sign up. We do charge a 4% credit card fee due to the charges of the bank and being a small business. All orders over $2000 do not have a 4% fee. We will gladly accept checks (with a 5-day hold on all checks), and cash. Please advise us on how you plan to pay. More options coming soon.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

When does the clock start for my job\u2019s turnaround time?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

The clock starts as soon as our customer approves the proof or orders the product from our <\/span>CIFGear.com<\/span><\/a> website. We need payment up front and artwork before we can start processing your order. A deposit of 1\/2 down is required for all orders. We have a 12 to 14-day lead time at the moment. Do you have a referral program?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Yes, we have a get 5% give 5% referral program. When your referral completes their deposit on their order, your account will receive a 5% discount on your next order. This 5% will not expire. The referrals can be stacked up to 10%! T-shirt and apparel items qualify for this discount. Printed paper & sticker items are subject to approval for the 5%, and are not stackable. Can you do full-color shirts?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Yes. Think! Screen Printing has the capability of both digitally printing full-color designs on light-colored apparel and screen printing 4-color process designs in large quantities. Direct-to-garment is great for photo-realistic and low-quantity orders and screen printing works well on larger quantities and colored shirts. We also do sublimation which can add color to most garments. Just remember it’s like a tattoo. There is no white ink in the sublimation process. The color of the shirt becomes white in the design.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Warranty<\/b><\/p>\r\n

We will warranty items that are produced with a found defect after receiving them. We do not warranty any garment that was washed or dried outside of the care guidelines listed below. Note this will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. These garments have care instructions attached to each garment and will be provided in writing. Please note all garments with manufacturer defects will be subject to the supplier’s warranty process. We accept no responsibility for defects in manufacturing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Is there a difference between screen-printed shirts and vinyl heat-transfer shirts?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Yes. Simply put, silk-screened shirts are printed to last, heat transfers are not. That does not mean that vinyl transfer shirts are inferior. Screen-printed shirts will last 1000+ washes when washed correctly. Screen-printed shirts, on the other hand, are ink-printed onto your shirts. And while it may fade or crack a little bit, if you take reasonable care of your shirt, it\u2019ll look great for many years to come.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Care of DTF & Vinyl Applications<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Wait 24 hours before first washing. Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash with mild detergent. NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

What is a Decal?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

All the decals are made using a vinyl plotter or cutter. The design or logo is cut into a sheet of colored vinyl using a swivel knife that moves back and forth on plotted lines translated by the machine into the design shape. We then add a layer of transfer tape (the clear or translucent part) that becomes useful in application.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0How do I apply or install the decals?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Our decals are simple to install, even the large ones. Always clean your surface or window before applying your decals. There are a total of 3 layers to the product. 1)the transfer layer (clear or opaque part); 2)the vinyl decal (your design in your color); 3)the backing paper (white or blue part).
